Event questions.

How far in advance should we book?+
For major events (300+ pax, full production), we recommend booking 8–12 weeks in advance to secure venues and all key vendors. For smaller events, 3–4 weeks is usually sufficient. If you have an urgent requirement, contact us — we've turned around events in under 2 weeks before.
Do you work with government procurement requirements?+
Yes. We are registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and have extensive experience working within government procurement guidelines, including quotation processes, LO requirements, and compliance documentation.
What's included in your event packages?+
Our packages typically include event strategy, venue sourcing, stage design and build, full AV production, on-site management, and post-event reporting. We can scope a custom package for your specific needs — contact us for a detailed quote.
Can you handle live streaming and hybrid events?+
Absolutely. We run full live streaming setups — multi-camera, encoding, platform deployment, and real-time monitoring. We've handled events with up to 10,000 concurrent online viewers.
Do you provide your own AV equipment?+
Yes. We own our core AV inventory — sound systems, lighting rigs, and staging equipment. This means better reliability, no subcontractor markup, and a crew that knows the gear inside out.
What are your rates?+
Every event is different, so we price based on scope, scale, and requirements. A simple 100-person conference production starts from RM 15,000. Large-scale galas with full production typically start from RM 60,000. Contact us for a detailed, no-obligation quote.
Do you manage events outside of Kuala Lumpur?+
Yes. We've produced events across Malaysia — Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and more. For outstation events, travel and accommodation for the crew is built into the quote.
